Prices
Alle prices at www.eAnatomi.dk are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK), including 25% VAT. Prices excluding the VAT are shown in brackets ().

Payment:
As a private customer payment takes place prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made either via:

* Online with credit card or credit card
* Bank Transfer
* Payment by sending check or cash payment can be arranged by prior arrangement.

By exceeding the agreed due date, a reminder is sent. has payment not been received after 10 days, a 3 percent interest will be calcucalted from the due date plus 100 DKK for each reminder. If the payment is not received 10 days after the 2nd reminder the matter is handed over to the collections agency. All costs involved in the collection including court and legal fees will be paid by the customer.

Delivery
When an order is placed order and the payment terms are agreed, delivery is effected within 7 working days unless:
* any of the ordered goods are not in stock
* This shipemtn is overseas.
If any of the above circumstances are present we will inform you as soon as possible with information about expected delivery time or altered terms and conditions.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Goods can also be collected from our address without freight charges or fees.

Cancellation
The order can be cancelled if the goots are returned within 14 days from date of delivery. The goods have to be returned in unmarked condition and in there original wrapping. Please note that software and study cards can not be returned if the foil is broken. The customer pays all returning costs.

Complaint
Complaint about errors or missing components must be informed to eAnatomi in writing by email / fax or letter within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Guarantee
A minimum of 2 years guarantee covers all manufacturing faults.
The guarantee is void if the fault is caused by tear or wrong use or the goods. The guarantee period is calculated from the date of the original purchase receipt, also if the goods unexpetedly have been repaired/replaced already. 

Customer pays the freight at all instances of use of the guarantee. Any faults that are concluded to be covered by the guarantee will be fixed or a new product will be returned to the customer freight free*.

By returning a product for a repair under the guarantee a copy of the original purchase receipt must be supplied otherwise the guarantee will be void and the goods returned by pay-when-you-collect. If the return freight costs are not paid, eAnatomi will within 14 days take ownership of the product(s).

Rent of models
All models available for rent are rented on the following conditions
Rental prices:
1. 1-14 days rent - 20% of the model's retail price under 3000,-. Models over 3000,- 15%.
2. 1-30 dage - 35% of the model's retail price under 3000,-. Models over 3000,- 25%.
Payment
3. During the order process the model's full price is reserved on the customers creditcard. When the model is returned, the rental price is debited the creditcard and the remaining amount is cancelled* (*see point 5 for details).
4. Models can be picked up at our office on Frederiksber C and must be returned at this address in the same condition as when picked up.
Requirements when returning models
5. The rental amount will only increase if the agreed rental time is exceeded or if the model has suffered damages that needs repair. If the rental time is exceeded a fee of 10% of the models retail price is added to the bill, for each day the rental time is exceeded with, untill the model is returned. If the fees equal the retail price of the model, the full reserved amount will be debited the cusstomers creditcard, and the customer may consider the rented model as purchased without the possiblity of return.

*International customers
Customers outside Denmark are to cover all costs for the shipment backwards and forwards shipment of the goods.

personal data policy
Personal information including addresses. e-mail addresses, phonenumbers and other data supplied to eAnatomi will be kept strictly confidential and will never under no circumstances be shared with a third party.

Disclaimer
Any printing errors, priceregulations, changes in products specifications, sold out items and technical errors in the website are not to hold eAnatomi liable in any way. 

Special terms
By individually formed offers special terms can be relevant. These will in any case be informed of prior to the final order confirmation.

Interllectual right and contents
Any use of contents on eAnatomi.dk on any of the materials from eAnatomi are strictly forbidden without prior authorization by eAnatomi. Unauthorized use will cause prosecution.

Any deviation from the above stated terms and conditions are only valid if agreed on by eAnatomi.
